These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the relationship between you and the https://getyourkey.store website (“the Service”), operated by ITECHONLINE LTD Company located at 5 BRAYFORD SQUARE LONDON ENGLAND E1 0SG, registered under registration number No. 16221171 (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Getyourkey”).

Service and Delivery
These Terms govern purchases of digital products in form of keys that provide access to third-party software license made as a registered user and guest (without prior registration) on the Getyourkey.
Product key purchases can be initiated by selecting the relevant option during checkout on the Getyourkey, where available. To complete a purchase, users must confirm acceptance of these Terms. Getyourkey requires the user’s email address for delivery purposes and to meet anti-money laundering obligations.
A transaction is completed when the user clicks “Place Order” authorizes the payment, and the payment is successfully confirmed. Getyourkey will then send the User an order confirmation and product key via the email provided during checkout.
Product key activation instructions will be sent along with the product key via the user’s email.
The User’s email is essential for delivery and serves as identification of the rightful purchaser. If an incorrect email is provided or the User loses access to the email used during checkout, they may not be able to retrieve the Product key. Refunds in such cases will not be provided unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of getyourkey.store. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
Purchase receipe will be sent to user’s email in case of successful transaction.

Content
Our Service allows users to upload, link, store, share, and otherwise provide access to information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the Content you provide, including ensuring its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Returns and Refunds
As digital products are typically available for immediate use after purchase, returns are generally not accepted after delivery, unless specified under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return: Returns may be considered in the following situations:
- The digital product has not been used and can be verified as unused.
- The product delivered does not match the description on our website, and this has been confirmed by our customer service team.
- The digital item was previously accessed before your purchase.
- A breach of our platform’s usage policy has been confirmed.
Refunds: Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same product.
- The product is defective, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, providing the following details:
- Your order ID.
- Reason for the refund request (optional).
- Any supporting evidence, if relevant.
Once your request is received, we will review it and, if approved, initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Non-Eligible Purchases: Refunds or returns will not be processed in the following cases:
